Regarding that we successfully managed to avoid the danger zones of pandemic, it’s time to start the 2020/21 season with much enthusiasm and new energies. First we’d like to make up for our missed performances thus MIRROR, the newest production created for the jubilee of the company opens the season not only in the capital city. Festival of Dance in Veszprém is a contemporary-modern dance festival where we play on 9th September, which is followed by performing in the frame of 14th International Dance Gala along with many other artists in the city of Pécs. After our short tour in the country, we introduce ourselves on the 23th October at the Infinite Dance Festival in Oradea (Romania) with the show WONDERLAND. We say farewell to our legendary and succesfull show called VIRTUS, which combines folk dance and new circus elements, and was a long time favorite for the audience and for us as well – and has been a repertoaire piece for more than 7 years by now.  The 10th of November is probably the last chance to see it in the National Dance Theatre in Budapest. Following the genre of VIRTUS, we plan to debut next spring with a special new piece called LIBERTÉ (work title) directed by Éva Duda. Along with contemporary dance, new circus, parkour, street art and dance will play a significant role in the spectacular show.Hopefully we also get the chance to play FRIDA, about the cultic mexican paintress, again on the stage of ÁTRIUM in this theatrical season. As the result of our summer activities and workshops, we gladly announce that new dancers and guest artists join the company in this season: Gergely Dudás, Máté Váth, Bettina Jurák, Anna Szilvási and Ádám Simonka. Another great news is that we have a brand new image video, and our new website is available, which offers modern visual experience with up to date contents. We continue our education program for youth and high school students called DrámaRodeó. The choreographers who won at IZP programme are always welcome in our studio to rehearse where several dance teachers give lessons in the evening hours open for anybody interested.
