_b1g1827.jpg The Green Salon leads us to an exaggerated, distorted, grotesque and self-alienated landscape, where our carefully kept and protected desires stare back at us from the mirror. In this performance made up of short story-garlands the series of contemporary rituals is framed by melodies evoking the flair of the beginning of the century. The stage is filled with the mixture of desire and fear, suppressed emotions and relentlessly haunting fantasies. Smooth stray bodies caress and explore one another’s secret texture, while followed by curious and hungry eyes.

“It happened by night. There was this green salon with red armchairs in it – a vivid green meadow with puffy poppies. It might have been mossy green, like an evening shadow on coming faces, and smooth like the touch of moss.”
